Terms & Conditions
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms apply to farmcountrybrewing.com, run by Farm Country Brewing, 20555 56 Ave #5, Langley, BC V3A 3Y9. By using the site you accept them.
What’s on the site
We keep the beer list, menu, prices, hours and events as accurate as we can, and most of it is read live from our own systems. Even so, a tap runs out, a kitchen sells out, a performer cancels and a price changes. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and the board in the taproom is the final word.
Beer availability in particular moves constantly. A beer listed here may not be pouring when you arrive.
Reserving a table
A reservation request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us. We will do everything reasonable to hold your table, but we may need to move or cancel a booking — if we do, we will tell you as early as we can.
Please tell us if your plans change. If a table goes unclaimed for 15 minutes past the booked time we may release it, particularly at weekends.
Private events
An enquiry through this site is an enquiry, not a booking and not a quote. A private event is confirmed only by a separate written agreement covering dates, minimums, deposit and cancellation. Those terms are agreed with you directly and take precedence over this page.
Contract brewing
Anything on this site about contract brewing — batch sizes, packaging formats, storage — is a description of what we can do, not an offer or a quote. Capacity, scheduling and pricing are agreed in a separate written agreement for each project.
Event tickets
Most of our ticketed events are sold through Eventbrite, and some are run by outside promoters. When you buy a ticket you are contracting with Eventbrite and, where applicable, the promoter — not with us. Their terms govern refunds, transfers and cancellations, and we cannot refund a ticket we did not sell.
Age restrictions on an event are set by its organiser and stated on the listing. They are enforced at the door.
Alcohol, and who we can serve
We are licensed in British Columbia, where the legal drinking age is 19. We will ask for valid government-issued photo identification, and we will refuse service without it.
We are required by law to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, and we will. Minors are welcome in the taproom with a responsible adult, subject to our licence conditions and the time of day.
Nothing on this site is an inducement to drink irresponsibly. Please arrange a safe way home.
Allergens
Menu descriptions list the main components of a dish but are not a complete allergen declaration. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, eggs, fish and shellfish, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free of cross-contact. If you have an allergy, tell your server before you order — do not rely on this website.
Our content
The text, photographs, label artwork, logos and design on this site belong to Farm Country Brewing or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking. You are welcome to link to any page here, and you are welcome to share our posts.
Links out
We link to Eventbrite, Google Maps, our social accounts and the liquor stores and pubs that stock our beer. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their policies.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or always free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
